How to order
Volkswares Products can be securely purchased through this website using PayPal. Just click "add to cart" on any product that you wish to buy. When you are ready to pay go to your cart and from there, checkout. Payment can be made through PayPal using their secure server or by cheque/postal order (UK only). You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.

Despatch and made to order designs
Our products are usually ex stock and will be despatched next day or on a requested despatch date on receipt of payment. Bespoke orders can take up to 21 days, you will be given an estimated turnaround time on ordering.
If it is likely to take longer you will be informed as quickly as possible. You are welcome to get in touch prior to ordering to find out how long your order will take. If you have a specific time limit every attempt will be made to meet this for you. Orders cannot be dispatched until full payment is received.

Delivery
All UK orders will be sent by courier on a next day delivery, this ensures that your parcel is track-able and insured. This method is guaranteed to be delivered next days and will require a signature. If you require delivery to an alternative address please mail me with your order to specify this. International orders are sent by courier please call to confirm delivery times. Order shipping outside of the EU must have a customs form attached which will clearly state the contents and value of what is inside. It is the customers responsibility to pay any additional fees incurred.

Returns
Occasionally mistakes happen, if you have any queries or problems please do let us know and we will try to help. In the unlikely event that goods are faulty you should notify us by email or letter within seven days of delivery. These goods will be replaced free of charge or a full refund issued. The goods must be returned to us. Please obtain a certificate of posting. Unfortunately we can not accept returns of bespoke products.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of 7 working days. If you wish to cancel the order please give notice by e-mail or letter. if you cancel your order after delivery you must return the goods to us in a new and unused condition at your own expense. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. We are unable to refund any postage charges unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We will issue a refund if you cancel and return the order within 30 days of cancellation. If you do not return the goods as required we may charge you a sum not exceeding direct costs of recovering the goods. You must obtain a certificate of posting for return of the goods. Unfortunately we can not accept cancellation of bespoke products.
